Who This Is For:
These sessions and mentorships are for anyone who wants to develop a more thoughtful and personal relationship with photography, guided by me, an active professional photographer working in real-world environments.
Open to photographers at any level, from those beginning to explore photography more, to experienced creatives looking to refine their work through observation and practice.
This is a good fit if you:
-
Want to learn directly from a working photographer
-
Are curious about how images are made in real situations, with real people and changing conditions
-
Value guidance that adapts to where you are, rather than following a fixed curriculum
-
Want to build confidence, consistency, and awareness over time
-
Appreciate learning through conversation, experience, and reflection
For participants whose skills, approach, and readiness align, there may be opportunities to observe or assist in real client environments, including second-shooter experiences. These opportunities are offered selectively and based on trust, preparedness, and mutual fit.
Sessions are offered both in person and online, creating a balanced and flexible approach to learning. In-person sessions focus on photographing and observing in real environments. We work with natural light, timing, and composition, allowing moments to unfold while developing confidence through hands-on experience. Online sessions take place via video call and center on reflection and discussion. These sessions are ideal for image review, editing feedback, sequencing, and creative direction, using screen sharing for focused, thoughtful guidance.
Together, these two formats support meaningful growth by combining hands-on practice with reflection. For those seeking faster development or considering photography within a professional context, using both formats together is recommended.
Disclaimer
This mentorship is not about learning presets, trends, or shortcuts, It’s about building clarity, confidence, and a deeper understanding of your own photographic voice.
