Highway 1 bends quietly along the Northern California coastline, revealing a landscape that feels suspended between land and sea.

At the heart of this stretch sits Sea Ranch Lodge, an icon of West Coast architecture. Raw, unrestrained, and deeply connected to the environment.

This series is a visual document of a place where design, weather, and landscape are in constant conversation.

Sea Ranch has always been more than a destination; it’s an idea.

A philosophy of living lightly on the land. A reminder that architecture can breathe with the coastline rather than compete with it.

This series was photographed during a slow walk through the property,

capturing the relationship between light, land, and architecture.

Sea Ranch is a place I love to return to for its simplicity, its design language, and its ability to hold silence.
